At Dynacept we understand that not all projects have the same requirements. That is why we strive to offer the right process, material and finish to make your project a success. Below is an overview of some of your choices.

Stereolithography (SLA) models are a great choice for quick turn engineering evaluation and low quantity "looks like" appearance model applications. We currently offer (6) different SLA resins which simulate a variety of engineering plastics. Photos, Descriptions and Product Data Sheets are available in our Technical Library -SLA Resin Info-
Urethane castings are typically used for higher quantity appearance models or when a prototype design requires that a part be flexible. We offer urethane castings in a range of durometers with both flexible (Shore A) and rigid (Shore D) materials. More info is available in our Technical Library. -Urethane Resin Info-
Silicone prototypes are preferred for applications where chemical resilience, improved elongation and material memory, or a production silicone properties are critical to design evaluation of a flexible part. We produce silicone castings in an array of flexible (Shore A) durometers using plastic tools designed and machined from 3D data. -More Info-
Machined prototypes are most commonly called for when production material characteristics are critical or extended functional testing of prototypes will be done. We are capable of machining precision parts from most any commonly available plastic and metal bar and plate stock. Detailed information about our current machinery and capabilities can be found in our Technical Library. -CNC Machining Info-
Laser Sintered (LS) Nylon Prototypes
Sintered Nylon prototypes are good selection when durability and maintaining material properties over an extended duration is important to design evaluation. We offer LS nylon parts produced through an affiliate in the Spectrum Plastics Group. For more information, please visit our Technical Library. -Laser Sintering Info-
We offer a variety of finishing options ranging from minimally abrasive surface dressings for engineering evaluations to fully fitted, painted and assembled models. We have a DuPont SpectraMaster® color matching system in house to be able to match either color specifications or supplied samples to a variety of finishes, textures or translucencies. A detailed description of our finishing options for SLA, Castings and Machined parts is available in our Technical Library. -Finishing Info-

Additional Operations
We can provide a variety of additional secondary options which are either done in house or through preferred subcontractors. Some common operations we perform are installation of threaded inserts, EMI shielding, application of graphics, vacuum metallization and anodization of metal parts to name a few.
