The cutting areas shown for the Bridgeport and Chevalier millers are the X & Y parameters for the machines in a standard setup. Larger areas are achieveable through machine adjustment if needed.

All of our machining centers are capable of metal cutting, but machines equipped with coolant are usually better suited for metal cutting operations.
